2. Services and Booking Process

Guest Card (Saalfelden Leogang Card)
As our guest, you are entitled to receive the Saalfelden Leogang Card at no additional cost for the duration of your stay.

Provision: The card is issued upon completion of the mandatory guest registration (check-in).

Benefits: The scope of services and valid periods are determined by the Saalfelden Leogang Tourism Association. We are only the provider of the card and are not responsible for changes or restrictions in the services offered by third-party partners (e.g., cable cars, swimming pools).

Usage: The card is personal and non-transferable.

3. Prices and Payment

  • Tax Status: All prices listed on the website are gross prices. Pursuant to the small business exemption (Umsatzsteuergesetz § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27), no VAT (Umsatzsteuer) is charged or displayed.
  • Deposit: To secure a booking made more than 30 days before arrival, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 70% of the total amount must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date.
  • Invoicing: We will issue invoices for these amounts, clearly stating the respective payment deadlines.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Any deposit already paid will be fully refunded.
  • Between 30 days and 10 days before arrival: In the event of a cancellation, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
  • From 10 days before arrival or “No Show”: 100% of the total booking price is due and will be retained/charged.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, and original photographs, is the exclusive property of the owners of Schwarm Haus Apartment unless otherwise stated.

  • Credits: For photos obtained from external sources, the appropriate credit/source is displayed next to the image.
  • Restrictions: Users are not permitted to upload their own content to the website or use our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Data Protection
